Almond crêpes
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (200 ml) of milk 

  • 1/4 (30g)cup of flour

  • 1/4 (30g) cup of almond flour

  • dash of vanilla

  • cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon (5g)  of melted butter

  • Incorporate all ingredients into a nice liquid dough. If too thick add some milk. 

  • heat a pan to medium high

  • add a dash of butter

  • pour 1/4 cup unto your heated pan and git it a whirl to even it out 

  • when done on one side, turn it over with a spatula 

  • when done, serve warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Tip: you can replace the milk with almond or nut milk. Top it up with berries, home made marmelade or maple syrup.
