Almond crêpes
3 eggs
1 cup (200 ml) of milk
1/4 (30g)cup of flour
1/4 (30g) cup of almond flour
dash of vanilla
cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5g) of melted butter
Incorporate all ingredients into a nice liquid dough. If too thick add some milk.
heat a pan to medium high
add a dash of butter
pour 1/4 cup unto your heated pan and git it a whirl to even it out
when done on one side, turn it over with a spatula
when done, serve warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tip: you can replace the milk with almond or nut milk. Top it up with berries, home made marmelade or maple syrup.
