flour
salt
baking soda
plain yogurt
seeds (sesame, flax ...)
seeds for topping
milk
Pre-heat your oven to 400 Fº (205 Cº)
Mix in the flour, salt and bakind soda and give it a quick stir
Add the seeds (quantity as you wish) and incorporate well
Stir in 1/2 the yogurt and add the rest to get a firm ball (if too dry, add some milk until you have a firm ball)
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead into a ball (about 2 minutes)
Place some seeds (for example sesame) unto a plate and press the top of the ball unto the seeds.
Transfer ball unto a lightly floured pan
Cook in the oven for some 50 minutes
Tips: you can use any type of seeds and/or dried fruits (raisins, cranberry...)
